We are pleased to share an article in the March-April 2022 International Dairy Magazine (IDM) with a focus on Air Quality Process’s USDA-accepted air conditioning systems.

Identified as a specialist in the equipment of cheese dairies worldwide, our family business has been developing specially designed units that ensure hygiene and save resources. Our systems consume 2 to 3 times less electricity, saving also the use of detergent and water thanks to our hygienic design.

Indeed, through our installation, air is evenly and homogeneously distributed all over the cheeses, mold growth is even, humidity is constant in the room and the system is entirely cleanable and controllable.

We thus allow water loss reduction and a reduced energy consumption overall through special textile-ducting ventilation. We therefore contribute to a uniform product quality for our customers while ensuring food safety regulations.

One of our customers, Dutch goat cheese maker Bettinehoeve has opted for our air-conditioning system and Chris Broers, head of technology and production speaks about his experience with the solution :

“Compared to conventional air conditioning, the AQP systems ensure that air is distributed evenly and homogeneously, resulting in a minimum standard deviation of the products. Due to the constant humidity in the whole room, we have a uniform product quality, also the water loss during ripening is greatly reduced. »

Thanks for your support and trust.
