From generation to generation, the Chabert family has cultivated a taste for terroir and respect for ancestral know-how. It all began in 1936 with the production of wheels of Emmental de Savoie.
Over the years, it diversified its production, introducing cheeses such as Tomme de Savoie IGP, Abondance AOP, Reblochon de Savoie AOP, and developing strong partnerships with Savoy cooperatives around the fruitières. Today, Céline Chabert and her brother Luc Chabert continue to develop the company, affirming its presence on international markets.
For over 10 years, Fruitières Chabert has relied on Air Quality Process for the air treatment of its plants. We have equipped refining and production rooms, as well as entire plants, for both soft and pressed cheeses.
