Fromagerie Milleret is a family business founded in 1921 in Franche-Comté by Henri Milleret. Today presided over by Denis Milleret, representing the third generation, it perpetuates the family heritage by remaining true to its values of proximity, know-how, quality, tradition and respect for the environment.

By producing a wide range of exceptional cheeses, Fromagerie Milleret has become a key player in the soft cheese market, renowned for its l'Ortolan and Roucoulons brands.
