Fiscalini Farmstead is a family business founded in 1914 in Modesto, California. Four generations later, Laura Genasci and Brian Fiscalini oversee day-to-day operations alongside their father John.

The farm produces its own high-quality milk from its herd of Holstein cows, ensuring complete traceability in its production. Animal welfare and feed quality are priorities for the dairy, which has led to the renown of its award-winning artisan cheeses. Flagship products include Cheddar, Lionza and San Joaquin Gold.
